Yvonne van Pletzen- dedicated and passionate HR professional with 30 years of experience in human resources management, ensures that the entire human resources operation of the company is carried out smoothly and effectively. She takes care of the company’s most valuable asset – our people.

Apart from developing robust HR strategies, she is responsible for developing corporate plans on matters like compensation, devising strategies for performance evaluation, training, staff development; overseeing HR initiatives, supervising HR personnel activities, employee wellness, dealing with discipline and grievances; anticipating and resolving litigation risks, reporting to senior management and communicating with labour unions and staff. She believes that no challenge is too great for those who have the will and the heart to make it happen.
